Welcome to Glam by Yayra! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies for purchasing our jewelry, shipping, returns, and overall customer experience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1️⃣ Ordering & Payments
- Orders can be placed via our website, social media (DM), or WhatsApp.
- Payment methods include MPESA and cash on delivery.
- Full payment is required before order processing unless you choose "Due on Delivery."
2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped on weekends only (Saturdays & Sundays) as I am still in school.
- Delivery times vary based on your location.
- Local pickup may be available (contact us to arrange).
3️⃣ Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed only if a return is approved (see our full Return & Refund Policies).
4️⃣ Product Information & Disclaimer
- We try to provide accurate product descriptions, but colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
- Jewelry materials are listed, and we are not responsible for allergic reactions—please check materials before purchasing.
5️⃣ Privacy & Customer Data
- Your personal details (name, phone number, delivery address) are used only for order processing.
- We do not share customer information with third parties.
6️⃣ Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it is processed.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
